Traditional trick-or-treating is hitting the road with a growing trend nationwide known as TRUNK-or-treating.

A popular alternative to typical door-to-door Halloween festivities, trunk-or-treating gives families a convenient and compact way to celebrate the holiday with lots of options for socially distanced fun! Decked out vehicles can be spaced apart as trick-or-treaters in costume make their way from car to car.

If you’re looking for some inspiration on how to transform your mundane trunk or truck bed into a haunted display, Evergreen Goodwill’s DIY Guy, Gary Foy, has tips on how to do just that by using items you could find at your local Goodwill nonprofit thrift store.
