Apartment Maintenance Careers

Build a New Career in Apartment Maintenance. Successful completion of this 4-week class and 4-week paid internship could lead to full-time employment placement opportunities. Participants will earn $18-$19/hour, along with a nationally recognized certification. The program is open to young adults aged 18-24 and participants must have their high school diploma/GED by time of enrollment.

Snohomish County only, more specifically Marysville JTEC located at 9315 State Ave, Marysville 98270

Commitments

1st cohort: Feb – April , 2nd cohort: TBD
4-weeks Class room time 4days/week, 5 hours/day (10am –3pm), paid $100/day stipend
lunch provided and all other wrap around/support services
4 weeks of paid internship earning $18-$19/hour
Nationally recognized certification
Possible discount on rent (must qualify)
FT employment placement after successful completion of program
Must have a high school diploma/GED by the time a job offer is made
Target audience: 18-24yrs of age, with multiple barriers to employment and/or education.
