Seattle Goodwill relies on the generous donations of our corporate partners in order to propel our mission forward and provide life-changing free job training and education courses for our students. There are many ways for your business to get involved and help create a brighter path to economic prosperity for those who walk through Goodwill’s doors seeking to improve their lives.
Host a corporate donation drive
Looking for a great way team-building experience while donating to a create cause? Your business can help support Goodwill’s mission by hosting a corporate donation drive. Host a one day to one week donation drive at your worksite any time of the year, and Goodwill will provide a truck with an attendant to collect donations or a supply collection bin to be picked up. Goodwill will let you know how many pounds were donated. For more information or questions, please email us.
Sponsor an event
During events, we raise funds to support our mission that creates opportunity for Goodwill students. Event sponsors allow us to produce the highest-quality event possible. Name a Goodwill building or classroom
Leave a lasting memory regarding your commitment to support Goodwill’s mission and bettering our community as a whole. You can make a public statement by naming a job training and education room at our administration building or at one of our other Job Training and Education Centers across the Puget Sound. Volunteer as a corporate group
Every year on one day in September we put to work employees who donate their time from various generous corporations as part of United Way of King County’s Day of Caring. This is just one example of the way corporations can volunteer and donate their time to make a difference in the lives of those in our community looking for better economic opportunity.
