Job Training and Education

Evergreen Goodwill offers job training and education programs to people in the community, as well as help finding a job. Our programs help individuals develop and refine skills that are highly valued in today’s workplace. All completely free.

Learn In-Person or Online

We also offer classes online to meet the needs of students and provide technology for those that need it. Check out the classes available at our different Job Training and Education Centers below.

Evergreen Goodwill’s Employment Specialists work with students to become work ready, prepare for and successfully job search, and ultimately to become employed. For students who require personalized assistance, they provide one-on-one help with resumes, online job searching, application assistance, and interview preparation.

Our Programs

Adult Basic Education

Adult Basic Education Classes focus on helping adults develop and refresh their work place skills. Subjects include Digital Skills, Reintegration, and English for Speakers of Other Languages.

Career Exploration

Career Exploration provides training on workplace skills including Online Work Readiness, Customer Service Essentials, and Job Search practices, among many other workshops.

Sector Pathways

Our Sector Pathways programs offer pre-apprenticeship and vocational training for specific, in-demand sectors. Sector Pathways provides specific training for select job fields like retail, customer service, logistics and more.

Youth Programs

Youth Programs offer youth in our community the chance to gain valuable skills and build successful careers. We currently offer the classes Youth at Work, Youth Aerospace, Youth Maritime, Youth STEM, and Youth on Track.

Support Services

We offer Case Management services to students that provide wraparound support for basic needs to ensure our students can be successful in class and on the job. We also offer Employment Services to help students prepare for work and find jobs. We recognize that our students have complex lives and backgrounds and we strive to support them holistically.

DEB, Our Digital Equity Bus

Evergreen Goodwill’s brand new Digital Equity Bus is a high-tech mobile classroom. DEB brings our Job Training and Education computer courses, workforce development programs, and wraparound support services directly to rural and historically under-resourced communities.
