Chief Financial Officer

Megan leads Evergreen Goodwill’s financial strategy and stewardship, helping ensure the organization’s resources are managed responsibly to support our operations and mission.

Derieontay Sparks

Chief Revenue Officer

Derieontay leads Evergreen Goodwill’s revenue strategy, helping connect retail, e-commerce and other business opportunities to the resources that make our mission possible. His work focuses on sustainable growth that strengthens our ability to serve the community.

Nam-Huan Do

VP, Mission Advancement

Nam-Huan leads efforts to advance Evergreen Goodwill’s mission and expand the impact of our programs and community partnerships. He works across teams and with community partners to create pathways to education, employment and greater opportunity.

Brent Diem

VP, Technology

Brent leads technology strategy and innovation across Evergreen Goodwill, helping teams work smarter and creating better experiences for customers, employees and the community. His focus is on building technology that supports both today’s needs and tomorrow’s opportunities.

Trisha Berard

SVP, People & Culture

Trisha leads Evergreen Goodwill’s people and culture strategy, supporting an environment where employees can grow, contribute and do meaningful work. She helps shape the systems, culture and experiences that make our organization stronger.

Sandy Fabre

VP of Finance & Administration

Sandy leads financial and administrative operations, helping ensure Evergreen Goodwill’s resources, systems and processes are managed effectively to support our teams and mission.
