Elevate

When you join ELEVATE, you’ll be paired with a dedicated navigator who will help you create a plan for achieving your education and career goals. Participants receive personalized support with college enrollment, financial aid, course planning, and accessing community resources. You’ll also have opportunities to attend workshops on topics such as career development, financial literacy, and job readiness, while connecting with a network of partners committed to your success. For eligible students, ELEVATE may provide additional support to help address barriers such as transportation, housing, technology, and other basic needs, so you can stay focused on completing your college credential and preparing for a rewarding career.

Eligibility: ELEVATE is designed for adult learners who are ready to pursue a college credential and advance their careers. To qualify, participants must meet income requirements and be either age 25 or older, a caregiver for dependents, or a veteran. The program is intended for individuals who have not earned a certificate or credential or who hold a college credential earned outside the United States.

Program Details: ELEVATE provides the support and resources you need to succeed in college. Participants receive personalized guidance from a College Navigator who can help with applications, financial aid, class registration, and navigating college systems. Students also have access to monthly workshops on topics such as financial wellness, scholarships, career planning, healthy living, and building community. Additional support may include emergency funding to help overcome unexpected financial barriers, monthly food assistance for eligible students through the ELEVATE Completion Fund, and access to essential supplies through the EvCC School Supplies Pantry and ELEVATE Essentials Shelf.
