Youth Maritime Program
The Goodwill Youth Maritime Program is a year-long paid opportunity for high school students to develop essential college, career, and life skills. Participants gain hard and soft skills, explore maritime career paths, and engage in service learning, civic participation, and team building. This program prepares students to confidently navigate life after high school in the maritime industry.

Open to adults aged 18 and over

Job Training & Education Center – King County
Program Cohorts
School Year (January–June, September–December)
- Two Saturdays a month
- Earn $65 per day
Summer (July–August)
- Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Earn $100 per day
