LLADRO “CAR IN TROUBLE” SCULPTURE

Sold price: $1,275

This handmade Spanish sculpture is quite large, measuring 24x16x14 inches. It is in relatively good condition — however, the geese have to be reattached, as do the driver’s missing 2 fingers (these fingers were included!). The piece was produced from 1978-1987 and averages $2422.

ERIK JORGENSEN CORONA CHAIR

White Chairs

Sold price: $1,177

The Danish furniture company began selling the iconic Corona Chair in 1964 and it is the most famous of Eric Jorgensen’s products. It has appeared in countless movies and TV series, including Carnal Knowledge (1971), Mad Men and the Danish production of The Killing. New chairs sell for $5,700.

GOYARD TOTE BAG

Sold price: $946

The brown and white geometric print shopping tote bag was made by the French trunk and leather goods manufacturer, famous for outfitting royalty and the wealthy for over 150 years.

BARZSO BRADDOCK’S DEFEAT PLAYSET

Military Playset

Sold price: $860

Ron Barzso began production of military playsets in 1993. The historically accurate Braddock’s Defeat is set in the French and Indian War battle of 1755, when the British military failed to capture the French Fort Duquesne (which is now downtown Pittsburgh). Colonel George Washington earned his fame by rallying the troops after Braddock was shot.

WESCO THIGH-HIGH MOTORCYCLE RIDING BOOTS

Boots

Sold price: $831

The Wesco shoe company began in Oregon in 1918, selling boots to loggers in the Pacific Northwest. The company custom makes boots on site in Scappoose, Oregon. These boots start at $1,540.
